I love smart business owners, because they're willing to try, and try again to make things work. This is also their biggest weakness, because asking for help (and accepting it!) rarely happens as they want to figure it out themselves.

After 12 months after launching his dental clinic the results were not looking good... I bumped into this owner and got his story, and after understanding his situation, I understood the mission: Make this clinic shine as bright as his patients teeth!

When researching online how to "get more customers" or how to "make more money" almost all of the content these days is geared towards advanced steps making you feel overwhelmed. Otherwise it's content cleverly created to promote a course or a "guru".

From every public and free citation site, online profiles, maps profiles, basically anywhere a potential new customer could find you - You're there! If you've not done that but you're banging your head on the wall waiting for customers to find you... I hate to break it to you, but it could be a long wait!

By leveraging the power of local map traffic, citations, local social groups, and optimizing your website - you can be taking control of the new customer flow, instead of hoping for something to "go viral" and finally put you on the map. The Solution

We began leveraging the power of free local maps profiles, peppering in some low-cost display ads, and posting in the right places all of his nicely made marketing content. Comparing to the 12 months of his effort, these techniques doubled, then doubled again in the following month his new patients seen!

This increase in patients allowed him to bring in an influencer for a great video that only further drove new eyes to his now extremely solid business profiles - and eventually made him need to hire new staff, and turn off his ads! Why? Because he couldn't keep up with all the new customers!

I occasionally visit this clinic and check on them, knowing the owner is smiling bright every day because his business finally made it as a local favorite. A feeling that I hope to help more and more businesses have because that's what it's all about!
